The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words Rei (universal) Ki (Life energy). Reiki is a hands-on energy healing technique where universal energy is transferred to the client through my hands. The energy healing targets stagnant energy in and around the body. Energy can stagnate in the body where it has been physical injury or possibly due to emotional pain. These blockages may in time manifest as physical illness. Releasing it allows your energies to flow freely.
